Welcome to my therapy practice. Taking any steps toward improving your wellbeing is both important and brave! My practice focus is on supporting you through challenging times in your life. I work with individuals coping with chronic or serious illnesses, caregiver stress, and grief and loss. I also address other life stressors, such as relationship challenges, including family conflict, workplace stressors, and interpersonal challenges. I occasionally bring in family or friends to enhance our individual work, if we decide this might be helpful to your progress. My goal is always to provide a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and begin to imagine a path forward that feels more healthy, safe and productive. I am currently providing services to clients on a HIPAA compliant video platform. I also offer in-person sessions in my Silver Spring, Maryland office. This is dependent on the status of current Covid 19 public health rules and recommendations.
